Guideline for Authors

Guidelines to the oral presenters (ONLINE):

• The author is requested to join the session in MS Teams as per schedule. The link for the same will be available soon on the website.
• The author is requested to send a pre-recorded video presentation before 16th Dec 2024 to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
• The guidelines for the video preparation are mentioned below.
• The author is required to do the oral presentation of the paper as per the scheduled time.
• In case of any connectivity issue, the pre-recorded video presentation will be played. However, the author must stay online to address any queries raised
• by the session chairs or the audience after the video is played.
• The duration of the oral presentation would be for 10 mins followed by a Q&A duration of 05 mins.

• The authors are requested to send the presentation file by 16th Dec 2024 to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
• The author is required to do the oral presentation of the paper as per the scheduled time.
• The duration of the oral presentation would be for 10 mins followed by a Q&A duration of 05 mins.
  

Instructions For Preparing Your Video Presentation:

• All files must be in MP4 Format.
• Resolution = maximum 720p HD.
• Please use the following naming convention: PaperID.mp4, where PaperID is your Paper ID from the paper submission system.
