Dr. Mahasweta Sarkar is a Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering and serves as the Director of the Wireless Networks and Communication (WINC) Laboratory at San Diego State University (SDSU). She received Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (Summa Cum Laude) from SDSU and Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from University of California, San Diego.

Her research focuses on wireless networks, with emphasis on developing artificial intelligence-infused MAC layer algorithms for applications that have high social impact like precision agriculture, healthcare, brain-computer interfaces and connecting-the-unconnected.

Currently, she serves as the Senior Associate Dean of Global Campus(formerly the College of Extended Studies) at SDSU.

Dr Arpan Pal is a distinguished chief scientist and head of Embedded Devices and Intelligent Systems at TCS Research. He has over 28 years of experience in embedded systems, IoT, and signal processing. He received his Ph.D. from Aalborg University, Denmark, and B.Tech. and M. Tech. in Electronics and Telecommunications from IIT- Kharagpur, India.

Rolf Drechsler received his diploma and Dr. phil. nat. degrees in computer science from the Goethe-University in Frankfurt am Main in 1992 and 1995, respectively. Afterwards, he worked at the Institute of Computer Science, Albert-Ludwigs-University, Freiburg/Breisgau, and at the Corporate Technology Department, Siemens AG, Munich. Since October 2001, Rolf Drechsler is Full Professor and Head of the Group of Computer Architecture, Faculty 3: Mathematics and Computer Science at the University of Bremen. In 2011, he additionally became head of the Cyber-Physical Systems Group at the German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence (DFKI). From 2008 to 2013 he was the Vice Rector for Research and Young Academics at the University of Bremen. Since 2018 he is the Dean of the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science. As co-founder and spokesperson of the DSC, Rolf Drechsler represents the interests of the DSC within the University of Bremen as well as externally. With the Executive Board, he sets strategic direction and oversees the institute's research, training and transfer projects to foster innovation in the field of data science. His current research interests include the development and design of data structures and algorithms focused on circuit and system design. He is an IEEE-Fellow.

Debdeep Mukhopadhyay is an Indian cryptographer and professor at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering of the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur. He was awarded the Shanti Swarup Bhatnagar Award for Science and Technology, the highest science award in India, in 2021 for his contributions to micro-architectural security and cryptographic engineering. Debdeep Mukhopadhyay's research interests include Hardware security, Cryptographic Engineering, Design Automation of Cryptosystems, VLSI of Cryptosystems, and Cryptography. He has authored several textbooks, including Cryptography and network security , which has been cited 1227 times, according to Google Scholar. He was elevated to the Fellow of Indian National Academy of Engineers in 2021.

Sambit Sahu is currently Senior Vice President at Krutrim, an Ola company. He is leading the silicon products efforts in Krutrim focussing on AI, Automotive, and Edge products. He is a 30+ year veteran in the semiconductor industry (16+ in US). He has played leadership roles in Intel, Qualcomm, Procket Networks, Sun Microsystems. In his past role as VP at Intel, he led a 2400+ end to end global engineering team to deliver Server/Edge/AI/Client products worth 7B USD revenue per year. He has delivered 75+ products in his lifetime on many architectures, technologies, and segments , worth 100B+ USD in revenue. He has also been the site lead of Qualcomm Design Centre in India. He has a strong presence in the India ECO system, and has been a speaker in multiple conferences.
